La Gobernación del Departamento, informa a la comunidad en general, en aras de brindar un servicio más eficiente a todos los usuarios de la entidad, que el martes 09 de febrero del año en curso la Oficina de Archivo y Correspondencia ejercerá las funciones de administración de las comunicaciones oficiales, esto quiere decir que toda solicitud, queja, reclamo, petición, información etc., que se allegue a cualquier dependencia de la Gobernación debe ser radicada en esta oficina, para que el grupo de Archivo y Correspondencia las distribuya, le haga seguimiento y esté vigilante para que todas las comunicaciones sean contestadas con celeridad, oportunidad y se respete el derecho al turno. |

La oficina de Archivo y Correspondencia está ubicada en el primer piso del Coral Palace (Edificio de la Gobernación), y tendrá el siguiente horario de atención al público desde las 08:00 hasta las 11:30 horas, y desde las 14:00 hasta las 17:30 horas, de lunes a viernes.

The Departmental Government is informing the community in general that in order to offer a more efficient service to all users of the entity, on Tuesday February 9th of this present year the office of archives and correspondence will carry out the administrative function of the official communications. This is to say that all request, complains, petitions, information, etc… must first passed through this office before it is given to other offices of the Government in order for the archive and correspondence team distributes it, make follow up, and make sure all communications be answered with celerity, opportunity, and to respect the right order. |

The office of archives and Correspondence is located on the first floor of the Coral Palace (Government Building) and will have the following customer service schedule from 8:00 A.M. to 11:30 and from 2:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.

The Secretariat of Health had a meeting with the employees of Inpescar Corporation with the objective to make them conscious about the rights and duties in oral health, hygiene, and labor inclusion of the disabled.

The meeting took place at the installations of Inpescar from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
