The Diabetes Program, together with the Ministry of Health and Primary Care Teams, developed an educational space to promote healthy habits and early detection of cardiovascular risks.
From the Diabetes Program, in coordination with the Health Department and with the support of the Primary Healthcare Teams, we reaffirm our commitment to prevention and self-care.

This space was an opportunity to talk about the importance of knowing our numbers: blood glucose and blood pressure levels. These indicators are key to detecting cardiovascular risk early.
During the activity, practical recommendations were provided to adopt healthy lifestyle habits that contribute to a better quality of life: balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and periodic medical check-ups
